NRI Process Innovation
NRI Process Innovation (PI) provides high-quality human resources. NRI PI monitors the quality and management of offshore resources for complex tasks. As part of PI, NRI offers mutual fund operations BPO for functions such as data cleansing, mutual fund NAV calculations and reporting as well as distribution channel management. In addition, the investment advisory operation BPO service allows for the outsourcing of T-STAR/RX operations along with confirmation with trust banks as well as standard and customized reporting for the investment advisory fund.
NRI PI works closely with the NRI Dalian office in China which offers firms access to a sophisticated offshore operations center. By leveraging offshore resources, client firms can benefit from the well-trained, bilingual (Chinese and Japanese) staff while experiencing valuable cost efficiencies.
