Regulation changes and NRI

New BOJ-Net Phase-2 system go-live

• October 13th, 2015 - NRI has successfully launched the new I-STAR/LC, a real-time clearing and settlement solution, which supports the Phase 2 updates of the Bank of Japan Financial Network System (New BOJ-Net). Our I-STAR/LC clients has gone through extensive BOJ testing for over six months, and successfully passed all the required testing to migrate to the New BOJ-Net. The additional upgrades include: universal financial industry message format (ISO20022), the extension of operating hours, and message transfer with advanced date.
• Our next step related to I-STAR/LC is to extend the settlement hour of New BOJ-Net from current 7pm to 9pm on 15th February, 2016.
