History

February, 1975	The electronic calculation department of Nippon Kangyo Kakumaru Securities Co., Ltd. (currently Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.) became independent, and established Kangyo Kakumaru Information Service Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
October, 1990	Established Kankaku Computer System Co., Ltd.
March, 1999	FUJISOFT ABC Co., Ltd. (currently FUJI SOFT INCORPORATED) became our parent company.
January, 2002	Changed company name to FUJISOFT KCS Co., Ltd.
July, 2012	DSB Co., Ltd. became our parent company. Changed company name to KCS Co., Ltd.
October, 2014	Changed company name to DSB Information System Co., Ltd.
July, 2020	DSB Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., thereby joining the NRI Group.
October, 2025	Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., became our direct parent company.
