NRI Singapore (est 2015) took over the business of NRI Asia Pacific (est 1984) when NRI Asia Pacific was transferred to become a regional headquarter company. NRI Singapore supports the business development of its clients in the ASEAN region by helping formulate and implement their management and business strategies through its knowledge, know-how, and research capabilities, all backed by its extensive experience track record.

Business Outline

Singapore has been improving its position as a hub of logistics, commerce, and information flow in the ASEAN region. Alongside the government’s active encouragement of existing and startup companies to develop new businesses and digital transformation, Singapore is working to create new values.
NRI Singapore offers three business services to support its client’s efforts: “Consulting,” “Financial IT Solutions,” and “Industrial IT Solutions.” Its consultants, all of diverse nationalities and possessing a thorough understanding of the environment and circumstances of each of the ASEAN countries, provide comprehensive assistance, from market research, business strategy formulation, partner search and negotiations, to post-investment business integration support. They also support with solving management issues like new business creation & acquisition and the nurturing of next-generation leaders.

History

Along with the company reorganization in Asia Pacific region, founded on 1st April 2015 as a business company to take over the business function from NRI APAC which started from 1984 and has now become a pure holding company.
