She understands the cultural differences of global organizations operating in the ASEAN region. Leveraging on her experience, she offers insights to global clients on how to integrate its management practices to fit with the ASEAN’s culture.
Her work experience is complemented with a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies from the Graduate School of Kobe University in Japan. She is also a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) and certified strengths-coach.
