Efma has launched the Asia Mass Affluent Banking Survey, targeted Southeast Asia, as its first survey conducted specifically for retail banks in Asia. It is the first of a series of surveys that we plan to conduct for the region, so that we can add greater value to our members in the region and to the retail banking community in Asia.
