Profile
Kazutaka Mouri joined NRI in 2010 and initially worked as the lead recruiter in the Public Management Strategy Consulting Department and the Management Consulting Department. Building on his university and postgraduate studies, he has since contributed to policy planning and effectiveness verification projects in national land planning, regional development, and urban development. More recently, he has focused on transforming government and industries through data and technology, especially in administrative digital transformation (DX) and smart cities initiatives. His goal is to create a sustainable system that enhances the well-being of end-users and minimizes dissatisfaction among various stakeholders.
