Profile

After graduating from the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Waseda University, Kotaro Shintani joined NRI in 2008.
He has worked on industrial promotion projects, including expanding regional airport and port networks, planning tourism and export promotion measures, and reviewing and proposing enhancements to the special economic zone scheme. Currently, he is engaged in the social implementation of autonomous driving (Level 4) and developing new mobility services in rural areas.
