Profile

After graduating from the Graduate School of Economics at Keio University, Masanori Kunii joined NRI in 1998.
He was in charge of functional and organizational reforms of the corporate headquarters, company-wide structural reforms, and management reforms of the entire corporate group (transition to a holding company structure, reorganization of group companies, implementation of shared services, etc.). He is engaged in providing comprehensive support for enhancing the corporate group's value, from the conceptualizing of advanced group management to organizational, institutional, and operational reforms, including post-reform management and business administration.
