Profile

Masataka Nakajima joined NRI in 2008 and has since worked with a diverse range of clients, including retailers, investment funds, and government agencies. He currently focuses on consulting in customer experience (CX) and loyalty marketing for IT companies, consumer goods manufacturers, and commercial facilities. He holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where he received the "American Marketing Association Award" for his contributions to marketing as a student. He is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. His latest publication is Structured Thinking Training Book (Nikkei BP).
