Profile

After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science, Ryota Nagao joined NRI in 2001.
Upon joining the Consulting Division, he consistently supported clients in global management and business development through various roles, including positions in the Technology & Industrial Consulting Department 2, Global Strategy Consulting Department 2, Global Business Consulting Department, Management Consulting Department, and the Global Management Research Office. His work focused on projects related to global strategy formulation, turning around overseas subsidiaries, designing governance for regional headquarters, and supporting cross-border M&A.
From 2019, he spent three years at NRI's global headquarters, concentrating on M&A activities in the US and Australia. He is currently leading cross-border M&A and PMI-related initiatives within the Consulting Division.
