After graduating from Keio University, Sakuto Goda joined NRI in 2010, focusing on strategic projects in electric vehicles (EVs), batteries, and battery materials while also providing M&A support overseas. In 2015, he was stationed in Germany, where he played a key role in overseas functional reform and PMI projects.
Upon returning to Japan, he worked on projects related to the automotive value chain, covering everything from the materials business to sales reform. He has been particularly active in growth strategy, sustainability, circular economy affairs, and recurring service strategy and implementation support for chemical and raw materials businesses.
After serving as the manager of the Mobility Services Group, he is currently the group manager of the Chemicals & Raw Materials Group. In the manufacturing industry, where transformation across sectors and value chains is essential, Goda tackles complex, cutting-edge challenges for a diverse range of industries and clients. With a strong understanding of both upstream and downstream processes, he combines his expertise in business and management to deliver impactful solutions.
