After graduating from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, Satoshi Awamura joined the research and consulting division of NRI. Since then, he has been involved in projects related to business strategy planning, new business development, and policy recommendations, primarily in the high-tech and telecommunications industries. He also completed an MBA at Cambridge University and played a key role in HR operations and reform at the head office. Additionally, he served as the head of Corporate Innovation Consulting and Management DX Consulting before assuming his current position. He is now responsible for consulting across various industries, focusing on corporate management reform, organizational and human resource development, and fostering innovation.
