After graduating from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo in 2006, Tetsuaki Morita joined NRI.
Since then, he has been involved in projects in the B2C domain, with a focus on retail distribution, consumer goods, and services. His key areas include business model innovation using digital technology, developing organization capabilities for data utilization, new business and innovation, marketing and loyalty programs, and logistics and supply chain management (SCM).
