Yukito Furunishi joined NRI in 2000, initially working in web/IT systems development, standardization, development management, and process improvement. He later moved to the Management Consulting Division, where he helps individuals and organizations clarify their purpose and vision while transforming conscious and unconscious thought patterns. Specializing in executive coaching and change management/organizational development, he draws on the principles of "The Learning Organization" by Peter Senge, Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
