Profile

After completing a master's in business administration at the Graduate School of Economics, University of Tokyo, Yuichi Sato joined Nomura Research Institute in 2010. He also holds an MBA from HEC Paris Business School. He helps develop management strategies and drives management reform by implementing organizational and management system reforms to put those strategies into practice. In particular, he has focused on designing governance structures, organizational frameworks, and management systems, providing hands-on support throughout the reform process.
