Profile

After graduating from the Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo in 2002, Ryo Yano joined NRI.
Initially he was engaged in business strategy, business management (KPI implementation), and new business development for clients in the manufacturing industry.
Subsequently, he engaged in consulting for business reform, sales reform, and business management (including KPI implementation) for clients in the retail industry and consumer goods manufacturers.
Throughout his career, he has also contributed to human resources planning and development, including designing and implementing HR systems, recruitment, training, and evaluation within the consulting division. Currently, as an Account Manager (AM) and Project Manager (PM), he provides consulting for strategy planning and execution to clients in the retail and consumer goods industries, with a focus on business model reform through digital technology, including digital strategy planning and system design.
