Social Involvement Program
Based on the concept that "Creating a sustainable future society and realizing the NRI Group's growth strategy are one and the same," the NRI Group not only creates social value through its business activities, but also engages in various "social activities" that are not directly related to our short-term business activities.
In recent years, the definition of "social contribution activities "* has broadened as companies have made significant progress in their efforts to solve social issues through their business activities. The NRI Group positions initiatives that lead to the creation of a sustainable future society as "Social Involvement Program," including those that create social impact from a long-term perspective. These include activities that contribute to the future enhancement of the NRI Group's corporate value, such as building relationships with stakeholders, business development, and developing human resources. These "Social Involvement Program" are currently being developed in each of the NRI Group's business segments, group compnies, and corporate function, and can be organized into three prioprity areas: "DX3.0," "Future Human Resource Development," and "Industrial Strength Enhancement".
These priority areas are based on the NRI Group's "management direction," including its corporate philosophy and growth story, "capabilities," including its business model and management resources, and "social issues and needs," which the NRI Group is expected to address. We believe that this is an area where NRI can demonstrate its uniqueness in social activities.
